A former police investigator turned entrepreneur, Ken leads Canadian Hot Tubs, Canadian Cold Plunge, and Mini Nordic Spa Co., establishing Cottage Dream Vacations as a leader in luxury wellness retreats.

President & COO
Formerly with FedEx, Tammy brings over 20 years of operational excellence, including engineering, quality improvement, and financial oversight. She is responsible for executing scalable growth, efficiency, and elite guest experiences across the portfolio.

A hospitality veteran with 10+ years as a Regional Director at IHG, Kimberly brings deep expertise in guest experience, operations, and revenue strategy. She oversees the launch and performance of both Hay Bay Resort and Lake St. Peter Resort.
